AURA SMS Service — Terms of Use
The AURA emergency SMS notification service is operated by Cygnus Stratégies inc. on behalf of building management organizations that use the AURA platform.
Service scope
SMS notifications are limited to emergency alerts and safety notifications related to building incidents. This service is not used for marketing, promotional, or commercial purposes.
Recipient enrollment
Recipients are enrolled by authorized building security managers who are contractually bound to obtain explicit consent from each individual prior to enrollment.
Opt-out
Recipients may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message received from +1-833-341-4140.
Liability
Cygnus Stratégies inc. is not liable for delays or failures in SMS delivery due to carrier network issues or circumstances beyond its control.
