AURA Emergency SMS Notifications
Cygnus Stratégies operates AURA, a cloud-based security and operations management platform designed for building security and operations teams. As part of the AURA platform, building occupants and security personnel may receive emergency SMS alert notifications during critical incidents such as evacuations, fire alarms, suspicious packages, or other building emergencies.
Who receives these messages?
SMS alerts are sent exclusively to individuals who have been registered in the AURA platform by their building security manager or emergency coordinator. Prior to enrollment, the building security manager is required to obtain explicit consent from each individual to receive emergency SMS notifications. Recipients do not self-register — enrollment is managed administratively by authorized personnel within the AURA platform on behalf of their organization.
What kind of messages will I receive?
Messages are limited to real-time emergency alerts and safety notifications related to incidents occurring at your building. No promotional or marketing content is ever sent through this service.
All messages are sent from the number +1-833-341-4140 and begin with AURA ALERT or AURA ALERTE.
How to opt out ?
To stop receiving AURA emergency SMS notifications, reply STOP to any message you receive. You will be immediately unsubscribed and will no longer receive messages from this number.
To re-subscribe, reply START to the same number.
