Camille Mc Innis began her career in security in 2013 by pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Security and Police Studies at the Université de Montréal, where she quickly discovered a true passion for the field.
She went on to hold various roles within several federal organizations over nearly a decade, supporting senior leadership in the management of major crises and contributing to the development and implementation of large-scale institutional programs and projects.
In parallel, Camille completed a Master’s degree in Business Law and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Laws part-time.
Since founding Cygnus Stratégies, she has been committed to providing tailored support to her clients, with the goal of helping them strengthen their organizational resilience and better prepare for the unexpected.

Daniel Mc Innis is an entrepreneur in the field of computer science and operations research. In 1987, he co-founded AD OPT Technologies, a company using operational research to produce schedules, particularly for airline crews. AD OPT became a public company in 1999.
In the early 2000s, he founded and held the position of CEO of Aliosoft, offering contracting solutions for the freight forwarding industry via reverse auctions. At the same time, he co-founded ExPretio Technologies, a mathematical optimization and artificial intelligence-based revenue optimization solution for high-speed passenger rail operators.
He launched MindGradient in 2014, a company offering AI solutions enabling organizations of all sizes to better understand, optimize and automate their business processes.
Today, as a founding partner of Cygnus Strategies, Daniel brings his technological know-how, vast entrepreneurial experience and unrivalled flair for turning challenges into opportunities, inspiring our team to push its boundaries.
